On Friday, April 4th, Mosaic had the opportunity to participate in a women’s wellness initiative spearheaded by Mabati Rolling Mills (MRM) at their offices in Athi River. This initiative marks a vital step in fostering healthier, safer, and more empowered workplaces for women in Kenya’s industrial sector.

MRM has launched a wellness campaign designed to support the physical and emotional well-being of female employees through practical and sustainable solutions within the workplace. As part of the pilot run, Mosaic was invited to demonstrate how our Pamp’her Period Packs can be a game-changer in supporting menstrual health in the workplace.

These discreet, easy-to-carry pouches are designed to provide immediate relief and confidence for women caught off guard by their periods, especially in work environments where access to menstrual supplies can be limited.

During the pilot, we engaged with women across various departments, introducing them to Pamp’her, explaining the contents, and getting feedback on how such a product could support their daily routines.

The reception was overwhelmingly positive. Many women shared stories of being caught unprepared at work and highlighted how much more comfortable and supported they’d feel having a Pamp’her pouch within reach.

“This is such a thoughtful and empowering idea. It’s small, but it makes a huge difference,” said one of the participants.

This pilot marks the beginning of a promising partnership between Pamp’her and corporate entities like MRM, who are committed to women-centric workplace wellness. We’re excited about the possibility of scaling this initiative to reach more women across various industries.

Stay tuned as we continue to build partnerships that prioritize women’s health, one pouch at a time.
